This flute has been hand-made and tuned with care to produce a clear, rich sound. We take time to ensure that the lines of the flute are graceful and bring out the beauty of the wood. By approaching each flute we make as a piece of art it develops it's own unique feel and personality. It is made of fine Redwood, tuned to diatonic scale in the key of G#(Ab) with a thumb hole for ease in playing higher notes. This flute measures 12 inches long. Our FairyRing design provides a small, portable and economical flute that is highly responsive to play. It was soaked in linseed oil for four days for a lasting subtle finish. It will be shipped U.S.P.S. - Usually the next business day.
